1) Single Moms Sanctuary
MISSION: To provide shelters designed to give abused or single mothers and their children A safe place to grow and learn life skills, as well has give mothers who are considering abortion the option to choose life for their child. The inspiration for this project is crises pregnancy centers around our country, this will enhance their efforts and provide additional options to expand their support.
This project will be done in phases, the physical building and land will provide for mothers and children safe housing for spiritual training work/life skills and support. This haven will give them the peace and safety to break the cycle of poverty.
2. AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR ELDERLY
MISSION: To provide a cheerful and social venue for those who are no longer able to afford safe and affordable housing and or medical care. The goal would be to work hand in hand with Single Moms Sanctuary which would both provide training and support for the single moms and provide new purpose while nurturing fellowship for the elderly residence.
GOALS: Initially, the first year to set up the new facility, A team of 6 people will research needs and suitable location. The long-range goal is to have at least 3 to 4 facilities in each state.
Phase 1 Purchase Land between 5 to 15 acres, build two duplex units (with 2bed rooms per unit) for the mothers. Two duplex units (1 bed room per unit) for the elderly. Also have a 4500 square for Sancturary in the center of the four duplexs. The sancurary will seat between 20 and 40 people and have two multi purpose class/confrence rooms, kitchen area and small day care. Each phase will provide the same.
