Our Statement of Faith
Jesus our Savior
Jesus life was marked by teachings, miracles, and acts of compassion, all of which dmonstrated His divine authority and love. His mission culminated in His crucfixion and ressurection, which are the ultimate acts of sacrifice for humanity's sins. Romans 5:8 "but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." This act of love is foundational to the Christian understanding of salvation.
Accepting Jesus as Savior
Accepting Jesus as one's personal Savior involves placing faith in Him and recognizing His sacrifice as payment for sin. This prsonal relationsjip is essential in Christianity, as emphised in Romans 10:9 " Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." This Highlights the importantance of personal faith in the salvation process.
In summary, Jesus Christ is celerbrated as the Savior who offers hope, redemption and eternal life to all who believe in Him. His teachings and sacrificial love continue to inspire millions around the world.
THE TRINTITY
We belive in one eternal God who is the creator of all things. He exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob.
THE NINE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are alive and operational in the the New Testament Church. 1 Corinthians 8-11" for to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom: and to another the word of knowledge, by the same spirit: And another is given faith by the same Spirit: and to another gifts of healing, by the same spirit: And to another the operation of great works: and another, prophecy: and to another , the gift of decerning spirits: and to another, diversities of tongues: and to another, interpetation of tongues. And all these things worketh one and the selfsame Spirit, distributing to every man severally as he will.
THE BIBLE
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. It is accurate, authoritive, and applicable to our every day lives.
We believe to recieve forgiveness, we must repent of our sins and believe in Jesus Christ.
THE CHURCH
We believe the mission of the churchis to feed the poor, cloth the needy, and help fellow mankind. We worship God with passion and build relationships within the church and community.
